Adjust Servings:
500kg Chicken
2 Onion
2 Tomato
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 cloves
2 cardamom
1 inch cninnamon
few Curry Leaves
2 spoon coriander Powder
1 spoon chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
100 ml Coconut Milk

Chicken Gravy

Tasty and creamy chicken gravy

"This is a type of chicken curry in a thick gravy with a nice spicy flavor, but is not too hot. You may adjust the 'heat' by adding more chilli powder or peppers. Serve over rice, or with chapathi or roti."

    Tasty and creamy chicken gravy our south indian traditional way.

    Prepared with coconut milk for extra taste and flavors!!!

    Heat Oil and add Spices

    Heat 2 Tbsp Oil and then add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, pepper and fennel seeds.

    Add Curry Leaves, Onion and green chilli

    Once the masala flavors came out add curry leaves, finely chopped onion and slit green chilli and saute till the onion becomes golden brown.

    Add Ginger Garlic paste

    Once the onion becomes golden brown add 2 spoon ginger garlic paste which is important to this dish and should be sauted till raw smell goes off

    Add Tomatoes

    Once the ginger garlic paste saute well add finely chopped tomatoes which gives little sour taste for the dish. Also add little salt whenever you saute tomato which makes the tomato become soft quickly.

    Add spices

    Once the tomatoes becomes soft, add spices one by one. turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and saute for few mins

    Add Chicken pieces

    Add Cleaned chicken pieces to the masala and cook for 5 mins.

    Add Coconut Milk

    After 5 mins add fresh coconut milk and cook for five mins. Coconut milk makes the chicken very very soft and extra flavors the the chicken gravy.

    Add Garam Masala

    Add Garam Masala and mix well

    Now Yummy and tasty Chicken Gravy is ready. Add some chopped Coriander leaves on top of the gravy and enjoy with rice and Chapathi and Roti
