    Making of full boiled rice vadams are very easy process. Lets learn how to prepare vadam using wet flour with simple steps. This crispy vadams will goes well with all variety of rice and we could use as snacks. Specially kids love this fryams. Aroma flavors from cumin, green chillies and hing gives the extra flavors for vadam recipe.

    Soak Idly rice

    Soak 3 Cup of boiled rice over the night

    Grind well by adding more water. This rice batter should be fine and smooth

    Boil 5 cup water for 1 cup rice. Here i am boiling 15 cup of water for 3 cup rice

    Add salt to the boiling water, then add wet flour and mix well

    In a mixie jar grind 4 green chilli, a spoon of cumin and hing and add to the koozh

    Cooking consistency : Koozh should not be stick on your wet finger.

    Allow the koozh to cool and make vadam

    Sun dry the vadam for 2 days and store it in air tight container
